Janine SILVERA CONDE NAST IDEACTIVE | Vice President and Founder
Janine Silvera is the Vice President and founder of Condé Nast Ideactive, an agency built on the Condé Nast DNA. She guides the agency vision, oversees operations, and provides strategic direction for client engagements.
Prior to launching Condé Nast Ideactive, Janine was the Senior Executive Director of Integrated Marketing for Condé Nast Media Group. While there, she led a team responsible for creating multi-platform marketing initiatives for clients ranging from GM to P&G.
Janine also served as Executive Director Creative Services for Vanity Fair and The New Yorker and played key marketing management roles in the launches of Marie Claire and Elle Décor. Her expertise extends into television and e-commerce, having served as SVP Business Development for "On The Cover," a broadcast/e-commerce venture in partnership with NBC.

Howard Goldkrand's innovative vision for new modes of media engagement stems from his rich history of work across genres.
Howard Goldkrand is the Innovations Director for Modernista! (modernista.com) where he has provided visionary direction on the future of storytelling and how brands communicate across all media opportunities. He led the team for the massively successful Dexter/Showtime alternate reality game (summer-fall 2010).
He has worked with James Truman and architecture firm Diller, Scofidio, and Renfro (Big Night in Tent), ARU Liden industrial designers, Neverstop engagement marketing on Nike for Wieden and Kennedy, James Bernard (founder of Source magazine), The Standard Hotel, and architect/night life impresario Serge Becker.
He is an artist whose work in sound, sculpture and software has been exhibited internationally at venues such as the Whitney Museum of American Art, PS1/Museum of Modern Art, Contemporary Art Museum Houston, Vancouver Art Museum, Castillo di Rivoli, Italy, Bildmuseet, Umea, Sweden.
Howard has held art and new media residencies with the Chinati Foundation, PS1/Museum of Modern Art, the Waag, Amsterdam, and Recollets, Paris. He is the co-founder of SoundLab Cultural Alchemy, an internationally acclaimed multimedia performance platform.

As the Head Writer and Founder of Fourth Wall Studios, Sean Stewart is the creative advisor and author of all content-related ideas on projects. Prior to Fourth Wall, Stewart was the lead writer on The Beast for Steven Spielberg’s Artificial Intelligence: AI. His impressive work on the revolutionary project was hailed by critics as “the Citizen Kane of online entertainment” and was named Entertainment Weekly’s #1 Website of 2001.
