Simon Staffans is an award-winning format and content developer with over 20 years experience in all types of media. Since 2005 he’s been developing formats at MediaCity Finland, in the cross media, multiplatform and transmedia vein. In 2010 he was Emmy-nominated for the children’s show ”The Space Trainees” and this year he’s a finalist in the MIPFormats Pitch Competition. He researches into transmedia and multiplatform, has had a number of academic articles published and spoken at conferences around the globe. As an avid blogger, for MIPBlog, Digital Book World and others, he published ”One Year In Transmedia” in December 2011, a curation of his own blog complete with interviews with some of the most brilliant minds in transmedia today.

Marc Goodchild is a multi-award winning producer of linear and interactive content. Expanding the boundaries of interactive TV Marc created the world’s first factual interactive TV programme: ‘Walking With Beasts’. The program won him a BAFTA award after which he set up BBC Factual's iTV unit. In april 2007 Marc joined the BBC's Children's department, as Head of Interactive and On-demand, for BBC Children's, responsible for Cbeebies and CBBC content across all interactive media. The Cbeebies and CBBC websites are among the most popular in the BBC's current portfolio. Marc was also responsible for the delivery and launch of two child-friendly versions of the BBC iplayer and is a leading exponent for child-safe services for under 13s. He specialises in digital production, cross-platform TV formats and product delivery across TV, web, mobile and IPTV applications.

Richard Kastelein, a Creative Technologist and Canadian Expatriate based in UK and Netherlands is the President of the UK chapter of the Connected TV Marketing Association (CTVMA), publisher of www.appmarket.tv and partner at Agora Media Innovation in London, England. He was the 2010 Winner of the Deloitte Technology, Media & Telcom (TMT) Predictions for Entrepreneurs in Holland for futurist views on Social TV and Media Convergence (Tech Visionary). In 2011 he won a Computerworld Honors Laureate for Innovation and most recently was a finalist for IBC's ConnectedWorld.TV Personality of the Year 2011 for work at Appmarket.tv - he lost to Marc Zuckerberg from Facebook. He is also a columnist for The Association of International Broadcasters The Channel Magazine, Virgin.com and sits on the Advisory Boards of TEDx Istanbul and Social Media World Forum. Currently he's working on a number of OTT projects in Ireland, Malaysia, the UK and USA with Agora Media.

Omri Marcus is a creative director and comedy writer based in Tel Aviv, currently working under an exclusive, multi-year deal with the European media conglomerate ProSiebenSat.1:Red Arrow.
In 2009 EMC, the Entertainment Master Class, awarded Marcus its prestigious fellowship, given to professionals involved in designing the media of the future.
Marcus is also the editor of As Seen on TV a blog about the craziest TV shows in the world and writes regularly for numerous leading American and European papers and blogs (Huffington Post, TV Gawker, Jewcy etc.) about Israeli current affairs and TV business. Over the last year he gave lectures about TV at NYU, NewYork TV Festival and Tel Aviv - Los Angeles Master Class.
In his spare time Marcus volunteers in Eye from Zion – a humanitarian organization that performs free medical surgeries in third world countries.
