    Andrew has over twenty years experience working in marketing communications with brands. He is a partner at Experience Communications where he runs contentworx, the branded content specialist offering brands strategic advice on developing content led marketing strategies. He has worked on major high profile branded content campaigns during this time and is pushing the boundaries in this area. Brands include Orange, Intel, Mercedes, Tower Records, Sony Ericsson, Microsoft and Camelot.

    He is also CEO of the BCMA (Branded Content Marketing Association) which is designed to bring together and benefit a broad spectrum of content creators and owners including organisations from the advertising, brand development, sponsorship, media, broadcasting, programming and entertainment industries. He has been instrumental in developing the contentmonitor evaluation system which is set to become the industry standard.

    He contributes to the advertising industry by lecturing at Bournemouth University, West Herts College and New Buckinghamshire University where he is also on the Advisory Board for the Master’s Degree course in Marketing. He has appeared on BBCnews24, CNBC and Bloomberg and has been quoted in the National and Trade Press on key industry issues.

    Tom heads up a globally based team responsible for Sales Operations, Branded Content and Custom Solutions across the BBC’s TV, digital and mobile media services and also including Global Brand opportunities and new ventures. 
    Prior to joining BBC Worldwide in 2007, Tom held a number of commercial roles at MSN including global sales strategy and heading up the EMEA, LATAM and Asian sales teams.  Before this, Tom was the launch sales director for both Yahoo! UK and ZD Net UK. He has also worked on the agency side and held a number of non-executive directorships. He is currently an elected Board member of IAB Europe.

    Doug Scott is the President of OgilvyEntertainment, where he has, since June 2006, been developing and producing brand funded entertainment for clients, including Horizons on the BBC for DuPont, Digital Cribs for Cisco, The Invested Life for TD Ameritrade, and an animated series for Capri Sun called The Disadventures of the Direspectoids.
    Before Ogilvy, Doug was co-founder of MATTER, where he developed and produced high visibility integrated marketing programs including Diddy Runs the City for Sean Combs, the Lohas Conference for Ford Motor Company and Blender Sessions concert series. Prior to MATTER, Doug was Executive Vice President, Marketing and Branded Entertainment Creative Director at Hypnotic where he developed the Chrysler Million Dollar Film Festival for Daimler Chrysler as well as programs for Reebok, Nintendo and Toyota.
    Early in his career, Doug was involved in launching the Hollywood Stock Exchange, a simulated stock market where you could trade movies, stars and music properties; ArtView, a global network of galleries, auction houses and museums and the Red Herring magazine.
    Doug is the Honorary U.S. Chairman of the Connected TV Marketing Association (CTVMA), International Director of the Branded Content Marketing Association and a member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA) and International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
    He is an advisor to Desi Hits, Treehugger, The Disrupt Group and Synner; an active speaker at industry conferences such as MIPTV, The Festival of Media and NATPE, and a guest lecturer at several business schools, including NYU and UCLA.  He holds a B.S. in Economics from University of Maryland, College Park.
