Taking all new technological possibilities of delivering content into consideration, as well as all new ways of interacting with the audience, the challenge becomes to not only create a great product but also successfully produce, market and distribute it. This is where UX testing enters the picture; when you know what’s going on in the heads of your audience, you equip yourself with the tools to keep them interested, fascinated and engaged.
